SHAR*EL: Very well then, we do begin now, and we first begin by asking this prayer, in which we ask Father/Mother God, please be with us in this and all such works, leading us to that information that is of the highest good, surrounding us with the impenetrable white Christ light, and raising our vibrations and our awareness to their highest possible in each and every moment. And we offer a joyous prayer for all those souls in all realms and dimensions for whom there are none joined in joyous prayer at this time. We offer them many blessings, and peace, and love, and light, in the name of our Father the creator. And so it is that we are all blessed also. The Lord Saint Germain and Archangel Michael, be with us now. And so be it.

Well, it is that we do welcome you this evening, and this is quite an energetic group, as it would be said. And many high energies here, and many different frequencies and vibrations, and truly the whole spectrum of colors are here this evening. And there are many things that we could say that we think would be of interest to you, or we know or feel would be of interest to you. But, we will ask at this time what questions it is that you would choose to ask.

DEBBIE: Greetings. (chat) What can I do to continue to progress on my spiritual path?

SHAR*EL: Recognize that you are back on the path after a respite. Work with energies associated with the colors of the chakra color pink, with healing. Techniques to energize the chakra centers, through breathing or visualization techniques, or through the use of stones or crystals. Get back into the space that brings you back to center, and things will fall into place. Give yourself quiet time daily or often, alone, with candles or incense.

DEBBIE: Any other specific step, study?

SHAR*EL: Centering is most important. Course of physical action, recommend tai chi movements. Other things find you when you need them, especially in 4-7 months. Other ideas come to you . . . centering is important, in that all these ideas may not be for you, you must use your discernment in guiding you to those compatible with your vibration. No one area of study, book or teacher. Most of your growth is coming from yourself and your center. When you are on the airplane, they tell the mother to take oxygen first, and then give it to the children. You are in this time of getting your own oxygen, getting your own nurturing to take you along your path. You will learn and receive from others, but also shall you share, and then touch others with what you share with them.

NEIL: Greetings, this is Neil. What am I doing in the future and who are my guides?

SHAR*EL: As you know, you will be doing many things. . . unexpected travel - keep a bag packed for a spontaneous trip, south and west of here. Be receptive, get and give needed energies. Next several months, 3 such opportunities will present themselves. Be open and aware to these, guided to you by your guides.

You have many guides around you. Everyone has a council of 4-12 guides around them, and at any time several will be working with you. We would find that you are one of those souls that has more than 12 on his council, and this is unusual, but this is the norm for those who have much work to do and many lives to touch in this lifetime. And, as you know, you have the one called Kwan Yin, who works with you, as well as Saint Germain, and the one known as Sananda, and also that Archangel Gabriel, and it is not unusual to find Archangel Gabriel here with you, for he is the messenger angel, and is very closely associated with those who have come into this lifetime to carry a message, no matter to how few or to how many, and indeed it is he that guides and protects you quite often.

Is there anything else you choose to ask? (exchange) Well, we wish you much success in your journeys, they will be fast trips. As you are aware, there are those who do not like to see you travel fast on the highway. . . do not allow them to see you.

DAVE: Hello, this is Dave. Have you any comments you would care to offer regarding the Messages from Michael book that Sherry is reading?

SHAR*EL: Well, now, indeed we knew that you would ask that so we knew there was not need to bring this up beforehand.

The readings that we are speaking of are those writings that concern the being or entity that has spoken through others that calls himself Michael. And one of the definitions that he gives of a soul is that a soul is indeed a fragment of many, many entities, or many, many consciousness, and that he defined himself as one who in a rec. . . one of his fragments having a recent incarnation with the name Michael, so this is why he identified himself by the name Michael. So you would find that his description of a soul is one that actually has many, many parts of consciousness that reincarnate through periods of time.

We feel that this is indeed a more accurate description of what you would call a soul grouping. For a soul grouping is what some people say, they travel in herds. And it is a group of souls that tend to reincarnate together in the same time periods or time cycles, and with a general overall purpose, such as many, many of the ones that are incarnate at this time for the ending of the Piscean Age and the coming of the Aquarian Age.

And in this soul grouping, you will find many who were incarnate in the land mass called Lemuria, and also some of the outer islands of Lemuria. And this was indeed, overall, a mostly altruistic and agricultural society, as far as a physical experience on this planet. This was also one that had, what you would call, the inter-stellar or inter-galactic travel. Most of this was done through which you would call transmutation of the molecular or cellular level structure of the physical bodies. The physical bodies were not the density and quite the wiring that they have evolved to at this time. And, indeed, in that time, most people were Descended and Ascended Masters. Descended in the sense that they were not born of the physical body, but rather manifested on this planet as they chose to. And ascended that in, when they were complete in their physical cycle, physical incarnation, they ascended off this planet. They transmuted the molecular structure of the physical vehicle that they used. They were somewhat different than the physical vehicles at this time. Also, in that time of Lemuria, everyone used their telepathic capabilities, which we still have, but allowed to go dormant. We had these things we call vocal chords to create vibrations, for some of the changes or transmutations, as you would call them, were accomplished with certain vibrational forces. These vibrational forces were often created with these chords. It was only in later times when we decided to, as a game, use them for a form of communication, and we let what you would call our telepathic capabilities atrophy, as we used this new, novel, form of communication, and over time as we began, more separated from what some people call the true purpose or reason of being here. That we did forget some of our capabilities of transmutation and ascension. So then, this is when the beginning of physical bodies being born was created. This was in imitation of cycles that were used by the animal consciousness. They had physical birth. So we learned from them and created physical birth for beings or entities to manifest into.

Next, you will find this same soul grouping incarnating frequently in the continent called Atlantis. This was more of the technological society, and you would indeed find most of those present in this time were incarnate in Atlantis near the end times once again, coming in for shift and change. Some of us participated in some of the different experiments that went on in Atlantis with energy, with what is now called cross-breeding, with genetics and with the different sciences, the healing, the arts.

And then shortly thereafter, also incarnating in the Egyptian area. Many of the pyramids that are now present were built as energy centers, energy vortexes, relating to some planets, in particular Arcturus. For these were used as portals, and were also used for what some would call some of the inter-dimensional transportation or travel.

After these times, the next group incarnating was in those few hundred years prior to the birth of Christ, and many refer to as the Essenes. Once again, coming in for a shift of energy, and of change of consciousness upon the planet. Thereafter, you would find, in those times called the Dark Ages, many that are in this group consciousness did not incarnate. We did not feel a need to be here. Those souls that needed to experience this loss of consciousness or connection were, say, the shift workers or group consciousness that came in during that time.

Once again, the group consciousness that is most prevalent at this time began to reincarnate around the time called the Arthurian, the Renaissance. this is why there is so much festival, say, centered on these times, so many books and writings, and so much fascination with Merlin and King Arthur. And then, truly, once this continent was once again found by the Europeans, so to speak, and the energy of this continent was created mainly by Lemurians that came here, and had the peaceful settlements, those known now as the Native Americans or Indians, created many energy vortexes upon this continent, both in the north central and south America. And this energy is what drew those here that came for freedom. But, also many others were sent here in penal colonies and in servitude, so you got mixed energies. But, the ones that were mainly being drawn here, were drawn by the freedom, and for the high energy of this continent. There is much energy upon this continent. This is why it is called the New World or New Land. And so once again this soul grouping, particularly those that were fascinated with Atlantis, have tended to reincarnate quite heavily in the last two hundred years, as has been evidenced by the many, many technological achievements and advancements.

So, we find here that this would be our definition, rather, of a soul grouping. And that would be our understanding, rather than one soul having many, many, different consciousness. But now, also this may be referred to that within each soul, within their consciousness, is a fragment of memory of each and every incarnation that it has had in the physical. So, in that way, you would find, it may be similar to their description or their understanding. But, indeed, each fragment or memory of consciousness of each physical incarnation would still be of one soul, one overall consciousness, and not many different consciousness within one soul making up a one soul or individual soul.

Do you find this a satisfactory explanation?

We realize we went off in many different directions here, but it was to lead up to the understanding of where they may have picked this up, and that, thinking that because a soul retains a memory of its many incarnations, and those incarnations have to do along similar paths, that it might be different consciousness, but we do not find that to be what you would call, our understanding or our knowing.

So, we do thank you for bringing that in.

JULIA: Hi, this is Julia. I was wondering if you could offer me any suggestions to help me in enlightening my spiritual growth.

SHAR*EL: Well, we find here, as is not uncommon, that one of the largest obstacles to be overcome is the fear and hesitation. For it is a fear of what you may find, or where will you go once you find it, and how responsible will you be for yourself once you get there. This is one of those many faceted things that has slowed down more than one being or one soul in different lifetimes. So, we would find here that this is part of the hesitation that you have. And so we would say here first to understand that there is no right and there is no wrong and you can make no mistake. You can only experience that which you choose to experience, and every experience is of your highest good, particularly if you learn from it. And sometimes it is the more unpleasant experiences that we learn from, because we remember that we do not want to do that one again.

But, we would find here to recognize that within you, as there is indeed within each individual, each entity or each soul, is that spark of divinity that is part of the Creator. For there is part of the Creator within each of us. And each of us is a creator within our own right. For we created our own physical bodies that we are in. Yes, we know that there were parents that helped in this, but, indeed, we chose and manifested that physical body, the physical experience, that we chose to have. So, recognize that you have created this, and therefore you are a creator. Recognize that you are a part of God, and just as strong, just as wise as another. And once you know this, this creates a hunger in you to connect with this and have it with you more. And in this, one of the strongest steps in achieving that connection and maintaining it then, is coming to center, and different people find it in different methods. But, probably the most prevalent method would be that of meditation, of centering, of deep breathing. And meditation is not that what you might consider the transcendental meditation, but you can achieve an altered state, reaching that alpha state, and coming to center in a very short space of time. If need be, you can even do it in the space of a ride on an elevator, as you are going to, say, and important meeting that has you a bit nervous. Taking a few deep breaths and just shutting your eyes, and quickly, as in the previous meditation, going to that temple, or going to any place that is special for you - a stream, a meadow, a tree-house - but going to that place that is special for you gets you centered very quickly. And the more centered you become, the more often you become centered, the longer you stay there, the more you are always in your center, and the more things operate in a force around your center, as you would say, it is harder for you to be out of center at that point. For once you are in there more and more often, you stay there. And this will help you in grounding your energy and centering your energy, and then being able to receive those messages, those insights, those intuitions that are indeed part of your consciousness.

As with each individual, you have much help and many guides around you, and becoming in this more centered state allows you to be open to receive that energy, and to bring it in to you more. And this shall illuminate your path for you. Ever brighter, with every step of the way.

So, we do not mean to sound vague in any way, but this is very strong for you at this time, is to become grounded in your center, and recognize the true nature of your spirit, and the grandness of your soul and your being-ness, and how magnificent you are.

MARILYN: I would like to know what 1995 holds for me, both personally and professionally, and what guides are working with me now?

SHAR*EL: 1995 and 1996 bringing many changes, particularly in the workplace. 2 years - change your workplace, allow advancement to what you want to do away from what you have to do. . . pension or retirement will support you. Much heart energy, touch many lives, like through the church. Travel, visit or workshop/learning experience. Start arranging gatherings in home or place you set up. Get on your running shoes, for you are about to take off. Much openness coming to you. A new vehicle.

Guides? Kwan Yin very strongly right now. Strong feminine side and still be quite grounded and responsible. Great deal of discernment, but still coming from a heart space.
