What message would the Souls that crossed over on 
September 11, 2001 have for us one year later?

The message they have for us is to know that their lives were not 'lost', but to know that they live on and on, only their bodies were left behind.

Why did these souls choose to leave the way they did?  To encourage the rest of us to AWAKEN - to stop living our lives in meaningless pursuits. AND - to work towards a lasting and true peace for all of mankind, and indeed, ALL Living Things.
They left this world so that we would all be shocked out of our complacency and wake up to our higher callings.  These higher callings are within each of us.
Now some may ask - is this true? Even of the terrorists that caused this dreadful event?  On some level, yes it is true.  Maybe their 'conscious' thoughts were NOT on creating peace or awareness, but to be sure, on a higher level this had to be so.
Mohammed Atta, one of the leaders of the events of September 11, 2001, when he left his physical body and passed into spirit, he was immediately 'awake' in spirit, and was instantly remorseful of the acts that he had committed. 
He was actually helping some of the other souls as they crossed over into spirit.  He realized that he had come with a strong spirit in this lifetime with a certain amount of energy or zeal, very sadly, that energy or focus became very misguided, and took him in a direction in life that he had not intended.  As soon as he crossed over into spirit he realized his mis-direction, or mis-use of energy, and was instantly remorseful of his actions. In spirit he is now actively working towards awakening those whose energy he resonates with that are incarnate at this time to release their fervor for war and destruction and awaken to their true nature of peace and compassion that has been lost in the rhetoric of their religious and military leaders that do not want peace with anyone that is different from them.

So - what can we do?  We can continue to pray for peace, awakening, awareness, compassion.  For ourselves, for our loved ones, for our leaders, for those in the media that communicate the 'news' to all of us, and for all souls, on all levels, whether in the 'living' world, or the 'spirit' world.
We can continue to pray for the Manifesting of Miracles around the world, to help awaken everyone to the knowledge that there is more to life than what we see with our eyes.  To awaken to the knowledge that we (all Living Things) are INDEED - ALL ONE!
For it is not just about peace between nations, or religions, it is about having compassion and respect for ALL LIVING THINGS!  It is about living responsibly and with love, peace, compassion and harmony.
To use Christianity as an example here;  Many are awaiting 'The Second Coming"   or the "Coming of the Christ", or the "REbirth of Jesus"...... What they are really waiting for is the "COMING OF THE CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS"! 
This is NOT about an individual, or an individual birth - It is about the Christ Consciousness with in EACH of us be 'born' or awakened!  It is about each of us living our lives as if 'we were the Christ consciousness".   And we are not saying that "Christ Consciousness" is the ONLY or BEST consciousness,  We are using it AS AN EXAMPLE.
How would Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, or any other of the spiritual leaders
of our different religions live their lives if they were physically on the earth today?  Let that be a guide to you in living your life.  For YOU ARE HERE TODAY!!  You can be that living example!  Great or small is no matter!  It is your intent and your actions that matter!

So if we can take just one message from September 11, 2001, it would be to live your life for peace, compassion, understanding and oneness for all living things.  Do not fall back into complacency, but also, do not act on fear, hatred, anger or malice.  Pray, meditate,  bring peace into your life and into the lives of those around you, bring peace into the world that we live in.
